Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reshedule an appointment please give us 24hr notice. A late arrival may mean rescheduling your appointment for another time so our next guest is able to start at their reserved time. In cases where 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling is not made clients may be charged 20% of the price of services booked.
